Sometimes if I don’t get enough sleep, it can make me feel out of it, grumpy, or both, you know what I mean? So I have to work on changing that in spite of my body needing more sleep.

Today was one of those days, and as I started saying some positive affirmations and decrees, and applying Saint Germain’s violet fire purification I was able to transmute those feelings into a higher vibration. I called on the Angels of The violet ray to help open my heart to divine love and light. My feelings began to change and as I took some deep breaths I could feel my energy shifting to a higher and better frequency.

That’s all it took, much better. I felt more ready to move on with my day and have some breakfast. First my iced Ginger tea. Then my fruit smoothie. As I added the unsweetened coconut milk into the center of my smoothie, it did something it’s never done before. It always goes straight down into the smoothie with maybe a few bubbles on the top and I stir it up. But this time it started bubbling up more to the top, and it actually formed a heart!! I could not have done that if I tried! Not with coconut milk. It never forms anything, it  just sinks down into the smoothie.

I knew that was my Angel confirming their presence and assistance. Angels like to give us signs, and if we will pay attention to the signs, they make a lot of sense.

It turned out to be a beautiful day!
